The brief:

We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll lead client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is well-versed in TikTok.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Act as the main contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client goals into actionable campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to turn briefs into effective content.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to develop concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Trend tracking: Stay updated on TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts, incorporating insights into strategies.
