The brief:

We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You will lead client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth operations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is well-versed in TikTok.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client goals into actionable campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to develop content that performs.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas during brainstorms to develop concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
