Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contractors to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare outputs, and explain findings, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom to spot issues.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
