Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, plans, and budgets for projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids.
• Advise on procurement and contracts.
• Monitor and report on project progress and finances.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience of at least 10 years with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in cost management software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
