Job summary

Unlocking Language Clinic in Canary Wharf, London, is seeking freelance Speech and Language Therapists to deliver intervention-based, one-to-one sessions for children aged 2–16. Sessions run 30–45 minutes with potential for additional hours based on demand.

You will join an experienced paediatric team, work with a varied caseload, and access clinic resources. Rates are £23–£28 per hour; self-employment and tax obligations apply.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
• Confidence working with children and families; excellent communication.
• Ability to maintain clear clinical notes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Work towards established therapy goals and programmes.
• Plan engaging, child-centred therapy activities tailored to each child.
• Provide feedback to parents and carers after sessions.
• Record therapy outcomes and maintain clinical notes; complete paperwork.
