Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester is seeking experienced Freelance HGV Coaches, Assessors and Instructors to join our dedicated training team in the UK. You will deliver high-quality HGV coaching and assessments for a variety of clients, with the opportunity to progress into delivering the specialist PRIM 5-Day Coach and Assessor Training.

You will travel to client sites, provide tailored coaching in on-road and classroom settings, and ensure training meets professional and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in on-road driver training or assessments (HGV essential).
• Strong communication and coaching skills, both on-road and in classroom settings.
• Willingness to undertake an interview and assessment of your coaching and presenting abilities.
• Ability to give clear, structured feedback and foster learner progression.
• Flexibility to travel to client and depot locations as required.

• Provide one-to-one driver coaching and assessments in category B vehicles at Royal Mail Delivery Offices or at BT Openreach sites

• Provide structured, constructive feedback to support driver development.
