Job summary

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is seeking Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers to deliver half- and full-day coaching and assessments at client premises across Great Britain, with you selecting your diary. Sessions focus on category B vehicles (vans) and include on-road and classroom delivery.

Ideal candidates are ADI Fleet Trainers or LGV National Instructors Register holders, with strong report-writing skills. Benefits include flexible days, rates of £105 for half-day and up to £210 for full-day,

Qualifications

• Accredited ADI Fleet Trainer or LGV National Instructors Register (NIR) preferred.
• Proactive, engaging, inclusive training with emphasis on positive driver behaviours.
• Experience delivering courses in electric vehicles is encouraged.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Laptop and course materials provided by PDT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver half- and full-day coaching and assessment sessions at client premises across Great Britain (mostly category B vehicles).
• Complete assessment reports accurately and timely after each session.
• Conduct classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at various client sites.
