Job summary

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is seeking freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/Instructors/Assessors to deliver a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across Great Britain.

Responsibilities include delivering half- and full-day coaching sessions on client premises in category B vehicles (mostly vans), producing timely assessment reports, and maintaining a proactive, professional training approach with engaging PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

• Accredited as an ADI Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
• Proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (promoting safe driver behaviours).
• Experience delivering courses in electric vehicles (free upskill training available).
• Professional delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Laptop and printer supplied; course materials provided by PDT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver half- and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B vehicles (mostly vans).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.
