Freelance Fitout Site Manager (Retail Refurbishment)

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting freelance Site Managers for a fit-out and refurbishment company. They offer nationwide services to their customers and are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to work on schemes based within the Northwest region.

The Role

You will work across the Northwest region on enhancement and maintenance schemes for live supermarkets. These schemes typically last for 4 weeks each.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Fit-out/refurbishment for leading supermarkets in the UK
• Chair and manage daily meetings (with clients and internal teams)
• Manage subcontractors
• Record onsite progress and lookaheads
• Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on retail fit-out/refurbishment projects, specifically supermarkets
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Site Manager
• Own laptop with ability to download and use clients' apps
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle
