Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an onsite Event Coordinator in the London area to manage logistics for local events. The role requires availability for partial and full-day events several times a month, with a calendar provided in advance.

You will handle venue coordination, AV, catering, registration, and on-site attendee experience, with pre-event briefings and after-event wrap-ups as part of a dynamic, high-energy team.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of Event Coordination & Registration experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self discipline, organized and ambitious work ethic.
  • A positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a high-energy, sales-team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your assigned market.
  • Ensure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smooth from start to finish.
  • Participate in a 30 minute pre-event call before every event to review details.
  • Work with Event Managers to ensure venues, audiovisual, catering and party rental are all confirmed prior to the event.
  • Pick up name badges prior to the event and set up registration the day before every event.
  • Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow’s square account.
  • Store all Bisnow event inventory (includes but is not limited to signs, lanyards, label printer, pop up banners, etc.).
  • Bring and setup event signage and materials to event space prior to start of event and ensure that all is safely removed from event once concluded.
  • Coordinate with Bisnow Clients who are sponsoring the event to ensure that they are pleased and supported throughout the event.
  • Work with party rental vendors to set up stage, chairs, tables, etc. (raw space events only).
  • Be aware of your surroundings at all time to provide an A++ attendee experience- this includes coffee, food, music, trash cans, etc.

This is an hourly role that must sit local to the London area and be available to work partial day events and full day several times a month.
