Base pay range

We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are seeking additional ad hoc work.

• Payment: £51.50 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with up to 6 bedrooms.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• A recent (within last 3 years) DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• A valid Assessor ID
