Base pay range

We are seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are interested in additional ad hoc work.

Eligibility criteria

• No prior experience in the property industry is required.
• Excellent communication skills, punctuality, reliability, and comfort working independently are essential.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is crucial.
• Proof of a recent basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) or Disclosure Scotland certificate is required.
• You will need to complete a short online form to confirm your Accreditation scheme and Assessor ID to receive assessment invitations.

Payment

Payment is £51.50 per assessment (including lodgement fee), based on properties with up to 6 bedrooms. Viewber Members receive email invitations for appointments and can choose to accept or decline each assignment.
