Job summary

The Padel Directory is seeking a Freelance Padel Coach to join our growing community of club sessions across Bolton and surrounding areas. Deliver engaging coaching to players of all ages and abilities on a flexible, self‑employed basis.

You’ll bring LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification, strong communication, and a passion for developing players while adapting to group and 1‑to‑1 formats. DBS check or willingness to obtain is expected.

Qualifications

• LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) and LTA Accreditation.
• Proven coaching experience with padel; passion for growing the sport.
• Energetic, enthusiastic communicator with strong time management.
• DBS checked or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, both group and 1‑to‑1.
• Provide expert instruction on technique, stroke production, footwork, match strategy and player development.
• Adapt coaching styles to suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.

We’re expanding our padel offering across our clubs and are looking for enthusiastic freelance coaches to deliver exceptional sessions to players of all ages and levels.

What You’ll Do
