Job summary

Harmless CIC is seeking a clinical supervisor to provide supervision to frontline clinicians, including Therapists and Support Workers. The role focuses on governance, quality assurance, and maintaining confidential supervisory records across all activities.

You will arrange sessions with teams, monitor progress and competency, and contribute to reflective practice while supporting staff wellbeing and professional development within a leading national centre for self-harm and suicide prevention.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in a relevant clinical discipline.
• Full registration or accreditation with a recognised professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NMC, or equivalent).
• Recognised formal qualification in Clinical Supervision (or evidence of equivalent specialist training).
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to regular personal clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical supervision to frontline clinicians, including Therapists and Clinical Support Workers.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards across supervision activities.
• Maintain confidential, auditable supervisory records and prepare quarterly reviews and competency assessments.
• Liaise with the Harmless team to arrange supervision sessions and support staff wellbeing and workload management.
