Job description

Title: Freelance Digital Account Manager

Start: Monday 5th May

Length: 1 month (good chance of long extension)

Client: Digital Agency

IR35: Inside IR35 (The client has requested an Umbrella to be used, not Ltd or Sole trader)

Hybrid working: 5 days per week (Unchangeable) – 3 days a week in-house on Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday (the other 2 days will be remote)

Location: Central East London

Brief
  1. Focus on strategy, execution and overseeing delivery.
  2. Some Social and CRM experience is also required and important.
  3. Clear understanding and implementation of the approval systems.
  4. Partnering with digital client partners and the client technology team.
  5. Working with the Account + Project Management and Strategy team.
  6. Lead the strategic development of all website, + platform digital solutions.
  7. Understand the creative process: UX and design, managing expectations.
  8. Financial management: tracking budgets and managing financial processes.
  9. Understanding of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLA.
  10. Work with the Business Director for the smooth running of DX deliverables.
  11. Experienced Digital Account Manager working across the full range of digital services from UX, to build, to SEO.
  12. Automotive experience strongly preferred, especially luxury automotive.
  13. Working closely with Project Management and the Account Director to deliver against agreed Client / Agency strategies.
  14. Working knowledge of interaction design, user-centred experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process.
  15. Must have a strong background in managing digital solutions, including digital strategy, UX, design, technical builds, SEO, and analytics.
