Freelance Account/Project Manager - £275 per day - Remote - B2B brand experience

Profiles Creative is hiring a remote freelance account manager for a minimum of 3 months to support a brand experience agency in the B2B tech sector. Projects will involve webinars, live events, and activations, so knowledge of B2B experiences is essential. We require someone available for at least 4 days a week. Please apply if you are immediately available and can commit to this.

The Role:

Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, fostering strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnerships.

Project Coordination: Lead weekly project calls to review progress, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all project components.

Communication Management: Manage all client communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and proper documentation. Keep organized records accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Project Oversight: Monitor project timelines and budgets to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to successful delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with a production lead to jointly manage project execution and meet client objectives efficiently.
