The Role:

• Deliver Partnerships: Create meaningful sponsorships that align with athletes’ values and goals.

• Expand Networks: Grow relationships across sport, entertainment, and tech to unlock new opportunities.
• Set the Foundation: Define processes and team structure as the first hire in a growing department.

The Candidate:

• You live and breathe sports, culture, and innovation.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand partnerships, digital strategy, or talent management.
• Knowledge of AI, Web3 and digital products is desirable
• Expert-level knowledge of social media, community building, and monetisation.
• Experience working closely with athletes, agents, or within sports organisations.
• A keen eye on emerging tech and how it intersects with sports and entertainment.
• Strong commercial instincts with solid financial literacy.
• Highly organised, detail-obsessed, and a master of time management.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives both solo and in a team environment.
