How you'll make an impact
You will develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies with high revenue. You will provide tailored service to meet client needs, retain them as clients, and participate in team sales initiatives. You may manage overall client relationships with support from account management. You will assist, educate, and develop colleagues in sales and service activities. Applying industry technologies, you will pursue new sales opportunities, expand existing accounts, and support account transfers. You will prepare and execute a personal business plan and production budget, and foster interdivision/intercompany relationships aligned with our corporate culture.
About You
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1 year of related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing OR participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) with licensing OR a high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of experience. Preferred: Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM. You should act independently with minimal supervision and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
