Job summary

The successful candidate will have strong risk-management experience in financial services, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead multi-stakeholder remediation

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Understanding of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage issues with key stakeholders to support remediation.
• Support issue quality reviews ensuring compliance with Policy, Standards and Procedures.
• Facilitate governance across high-impact issue remediations and remediation programs.
• Maintain tracking and reporting of issue inventory and quality metrics.
• Provide challenge to drive sustainable root-cause-based solutions.
• Use analytics to identify remediation trends and assist process improvement.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, upholding Citi's reputation and compliance.
