The Fraud and Financial Crime Case Officer will review cases across the application stage and customer lifecycle, using Onmo's procedures, templates and systems to reach fair, consistent and well‑evidenced outcomes. The role requires clear written English, strong attention to detail and complete, audit‑ready case notes that explain the rationale for each decision. As part of the team, you will work closely with colleagues across Compliance, Customer Operations and Credit Risk, and help improve the procedures and controls the team relies on.
Understanding of, or a strong interest in, fraud and financial crime risks, including identity fraud, first‑party fraud, misuse of facility, account takeover, money mule indicators, sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening and common application fraud indicators.
