Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Data Analyst to own the fraud side of user segmentation for Puzzleplay. You will build and refine signals, support fraud verification tools across markets, and collaborate with product and data teams to keep the system effective as patterns evolve.

You will regularly review signals, identify gaps, and help define verification methods that suit each market while ensuring accurate segmentation for revenue decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes.
• Ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud signals regularly, refining them to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users.
• Own the fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system and monitor how well categories work over time.
• Collaborate with product on fraud verification tools for different markets (FaceTec, ID scanning, phone verification).
• Investigate users flagged for manual review and improve the review process in Tremendous queue.
