Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Finance Lead for PuzzlePlay, a fast-growing startup within our gaming group. You will own the finance function from core accounting to FP&A, partnering with product and leadership while leveraging the scale of a larger group.

You’ll build a scalable finance function, manage treasury, tax, and regulatory needs, and drive financial insight across international expansion as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 1–2 years PQE.
• Experience in accounting, treasury, FP&A and cross-border operations is desirable.
• Strong technical accounting fundamentals with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, reporting, reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
• Manage treasury, FX exposure and payment provider relationships.
• Oversee reward liabilities, settlement cycles and cash flow.
• Build and maintain finance controls around fraud, abuse and user payouts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Build financial models around PuzzlePlay's economics and user dynamics.
• Partner with Product on financial implications of new features and mechanics.
• Support entry into new territories, including tax, payments, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work with Legal, KYC/Compliance and external advisors as the business expands.
• Develop intercompany recharge arrangements.
• Own statutory reporting and audit as the business grows.
