Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a data analyst for PuzzlePlay to own the fraud side of its user segmentation work. You will help build a system that combines fraud and activity signals to guide revenue-sharing decisions, working with analytics, product and data teams to keep the model relevant as fraud patterns shift.

Regularly revisiting signals and deciding which verification methods make sense per market, you will support product with fraud verification tools and explore other methods

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes, with an interest in evolving tactics.
• Ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud signals regularly, adding, removing and refining them to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users.
• Own the fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system and monitor how well categories perform over time.
• Collaborate with product to implement fraud verification tools for different markets, exploring methods like ID scanning or phone verification as needed.
• Investigate users flagged for manual review and improve the Tremendous queue review process.
• Identify gaps in signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap.
