Job summary

Michael Kors in London is seeking a Junior Product Planner - Franchise to support commercial planning and trading across franchise partners. You will analyse data, forecast inventory and help optimise stock and sell-through in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will collaborate with buying, sales and operations to prepare partner-facing tools, attend market meetings and drive in-season opportunities under the guidance of senior planners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems and data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong commercial awareness with an interest in luxury retail, consumer trends and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse regular trade reporting, highlighting performance movements, risks and opportunities and recommending actions.
• Maintain and reforecast sales plans, WSSIs, inventory and OTB for designated partners, ensuring plans reflect current performance and business expectations.
• Manage weekly review of NOS and identify replenishment opportunities to maximise sales and availability.
• Support in-season trading activity including replenishment, stock flow, transfers, cancellations, markdowns and EOSS, minimising terminal stock and maximising sell-through.
• Autonomously manage designated Partner WSSIs, forecasting seasonal OTB and proposing in-season trading opportunities for Senior Planner sign-off.
