Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in a nuclear environment.
• Executive leadership in complex, multi-organisation environments.
• JV governance & partnership management.
• Board-level communication and reporting.
• Decision-making under ambiguity and scrutiny.
• Advanced programme controls (schedule, cost, risk, performance).
• Integration across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., nuclear, environmental, HSE).
• Governance, audit, and compliance leadership.
• Strategic planning and execution.

• Align long-term strategy with operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leader of The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA), a tri-party JV between AtkinsRealis, Amentum and Westinghouse.
• Full accountability for delivery of the TDA mission, satisfying both client and JV partners.
• Leader of TDA's Senior Management Team and conduit into TDA Board.
• Responsible for setting TDA's vision and strategy, driving interventions and inspiring a 250 strong workforce.
• Ensuring the Programme operates in a safe whilst demonstrating Value for Money to tax payer bodies.
• Accountable for managing and enhancing relationships with senior client representatives.
• Representing TDA at the client enterprise level, ensuring our brand and reputation remain best in class.
• Evolving TDA to enable significant growth in our existing areas and supporting emergent challenges across the wider enterprise.
