Job summary

Puig is seeking a Fragrance Specialist to join the Penhaligon's Bluewater team on a temporary 2-month contract at Bluewater, Dartford. The role is 15 hours per week across two days, focused on delivering a personalised customer experience and achieving sales targets.

You will anticipate customer needs, promote Puig brands with enthusiasm, and build loyalty while maintaining the high standards of Puig and the retail partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious approach to achieving personal and commercial goals.
• Genuine love of people, relationship-building and sharing product knowledge.
• Keen interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and current market trends.
• Passion for Puig's products, brands and customer experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to understand and anticipate individual needs.
• Confidence to create engaging and memorable retail experiences.
• Flexibility to work five days per week across Monday to Sunday.
