Job summary

Penhaligon's Bluewater is seeking a Fragrance Specialist on a temporary contract to join Puig’s beauty team in Bluewater. You will deliver personalised service to customers, meet sales targets, and promote the brand with passion while expanding product knowledge and enhancing customer loyalty.

The role is 15 hours per week, spread over two days, with duties across Monday to Sunday and an emphasis on delivering memorable fragrance experiences in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious approach to achieving personal and commercial goals.
• Genuine love of people, relationship-building and sharing product knowledge.
• Keen interest in beauty and fragrance industry and current market trends.
• Passion for Puig’s products, brands and customer experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to understand and anticipate individual needs.
• Confidence to create engaging and memorable retail experiences.
• Flexibility to work five days per week across Monday to Sunday.
