Job summary

CPL Aromas is seeking a Regulatory Support Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide guidance on regulatory requirements for fragrances, share knowledge with global teams, and ensure formulations comply with current legislation.

Responsibilities include reviewing formulations, maintaining regulatory databases, and training colleagues on regulations. A chemistry background and cosmetics regulation knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Training in chemistry, pharmaceutics or equivalent.
• Desirable: cosmetics regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory guidance on customer requests and ensure compliance.
• Review fragrance formulations for regulatory alignment and collaborate with R&D and production teams.
• Maintain and organize regulatory documentation and databases.
