Job summary

CPL Aromas is seeking a 12-month fixed-term Regulatory contract position. You will provide support and advice on customer requests, sharing knowledge of regulations and legislation for fragrance production and formulation with teams around the world.

Reporting to the Global Regulatory Manager, the role involves ensuring fragrance compliance, maintaining documentation, reviewing formulations, and training personnel as needed to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory roles within cosmetics or fragrances.
• Knowledge of EU cosmetics regulations desirable.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and ensure exceptional service.
• Confirm compliance of fragrances with regulations.
• Review fragrance formulations for regulatory compliance.
• Provide regulatory training to personnel.
• Coordinate with perfumery, purchasing, regulatory, production planning and quality control.
• Produce monthly local stock and regulatory information for global teams.
• Work with internal systems for project administration.
