Job summary

Arabian Oud is seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences. Lead high-performing teams while upholding the brand's prestige and heritage across a major city boutique.

You will drive client engagement, storytelling, and cross-selling, coaching staff, and ensuring operational excellence in opening/closing rituals and stock management.

• Support opening and closing procedures, cash management, and operational controls.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house organisation.
