Our Fragrance Advisers use their extensive knowledge and training to advise customers on perfumes and other products. We want to ensure that our customers leave with “That Superdrug Feeling” – receiving exceptional customer service.

Your role involves serving customers mainly at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service, and encouraging add-on sales. You will also ensure the fragrance counter and the wider store are well merchandised and maintained to a high standard. Additionally, you'll support the management team in achieving store targets. There is also an opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business (optional).

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience or interest in fragrance
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills in fragrance
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided) (optional)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
