Fractional Sales Leader | Hybrid | London | £1,000/day | 12-Month Engagement

Our client, a profitable, fast-growing MarTech SaaS business, is seeking a Fractional Sales Leader to turbocharge revenue growth and drive commercial readiness for a future exit. If you're a hands-on GTM leader who thrives in founder-led, bootstrapped environments, this is your chance to make a high-impact difference.

The Role

  • Commitment: 3 days/week for 12 months (starting immediately)
  • Rate: £1,000/day (inclusive of fees)
  • Location: Hybrid (London-based HQ)

You’ll own and rebuild the entire commercial engine—from top-of-funnel to close. With a £1.2m GTM budget, a skilled but under-leveraged team, and real product-market fit, your mission is to drive aggressive new revenue targets across the UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a high-performance GTM system
  • Overhaul CRM, outbound cadences, pipeline and lead scoring
  • Audit and optimise the GTM budget to deliver ROI
  • Lead and restructure the sales team to maximise results
  • Build commercial dashboards and reporting for scale and exit

Must-Haves

  • Proven success owning GTM in B2B SaaS (£0-10m+ ARR)
  • Experience scaling bootstrapped or founder-led businesses
  • Strong sales leadership and coaching experience
  • Expertise in CRM and sales ops (Salesforce or similar)
  • Commercially sharp with data-driven decision making
