Location: Fully Remote (UK) – London preferred

Languages: English required; French highly preferred

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Base + OTE: £95,000 base, £180K+ OTE (uncapped & accelerating)

Client & Team: Report to Co-Founder; team of ~7 including Marketing & Customer Success

The Role: Account Executive (UK)

Your mission: Own the full commercial cycle selling into enterprise & strategic retail brands, with annual deal values between £300k–£800k+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, targeting enterprise retailers
  • Lead consultative sales cycles (typically 4–8 months) with senior stakeholders (CMOs, eCommerce Directors)
  • Deliver compelling demos of AI personalisation tools in a retail context
  • Build and negotiate commercial proposals, including pilots and long-term contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Co-Founders, marketing, and customer success teams

️ Must-Haves

  • 8–10 years in enterprise/ad-tech/MarTech sales, selling AI/technology solutions
  • Proven track record selling into retail or luxury enterprise brands
  • Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders; extremely polished
  • Strong proficiency in consultative selling and navigating complex deals

Nice-to-Haves

  • French fluency (or bilingual) to support expansion in French-speaking markets
  • Experience at a tech startup or high-growth SaaS/MarTech scale-up
