We’re hiring a Head of Compliance for a cutting-edge crypto business on a part-time basis to support licensing applications. The role can become permanent once the relevant VASP license is obtained.

Responsibilities:

• Own the UK compliance framework and regulatory strategy.
• Act as the main contact with the FCA and other regulators, leading on VASP application and licensing requirements.
• Build and improve AML, KYC, GDPR compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across jurisdictions in tech, legal, and operations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in compliance, with at least 2+ years in crypto.
• Hands-on experience with FCA and UK regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR, and risk management.
• Existing right to work in the UK.
• Compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is a bonus.
