We’re hiring a Head of Compliance for a pioneering crypto business on a part-time basis to support licensing applications. The role may become permanent upon obtaining the relevant VASP license.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the UK compliance framework and regulatory strategy.
• Serve as the primary contact with the FCA and other regulators, leading VASP application and licensing efforts.
• Enhance AML, KYC, GDPR, and internal controls.
• Manage due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with teams across jurisdictions in technology, legal, and operations.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in compliance, with 2+ years in crypto.
• Practical experience with FCA and UK regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR, and risk management.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
