Job summary

NXTGEN works with an established accountancy firm launching a new Fractional Finance team in Norwich. You will partner with business owners, delivering hands-on finance support and shaping the service offering.

As Client Finance Manager you’ll own a portfolio, provide financial insight, and help clients understand numbers and improve processes. A genuine mix of practice and industry exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing management accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, VAT and tax compliance.
• Familiar with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce management accounts and meaningful financial reporting.
• Manage bookkeeping and VAT compliance.
• Support month-end processes and cash flow information.
• Provide financial insight to business owners and stakeholders.
• Improve systems and processes for finance operations.
• Support MTD compliance and service development.
