Job summary

Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is seeking a Fractional Finance Manager to provide meaningful financial insight across client businesses and act as a trusted business partner. The role requires ACA/CIMA or ACCA qualification and 5+ years in management or client accounting, with a hands-on, deadline-driven approach.

You will manage P&L and balance sheet reporting, variance analysis, month-end close, and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, client accounting or as a finance manager.
• Hands-on character who can work to deadlines and lead teams when needed.

Education

Job description

To meet our Clients criteria you will be ACA / CIMA or ACCA Qualified.

Your role as Fractional Finance Manager will be to provide meaningful insight across a Clients business – your role will. to become a trusted Business Partner and to work support across a range of Financial and Commercial elements.

To also meet our Clients criteria you will have had a minimum of 5 years plus exposure across Management Accounting or Client Accounting or as a Finance Manager within Commerce and Industry, You will a character who enjoys a hands on approach and the interaction with a variety of different Business Leaders. Finally, you will be an organized character – who can work to a variety of deadlines and timeframes and be able to take a self sufficient approach – whilst at the same time being able to take a team with you when needed.
