Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is partnering with a client to appoint a Fractional Finance Manager. The role focuses on providing meaningful financial insight and acting as a trusted business partner across commercial elements.

You will have 5+ years in accounting/finance leadership and hold ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualifications. The position requires hands-on management accounting experience, strong interaction with business leaders, and the ability to work to multiple deadlines with a self-sufficient

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with a minimum of 5 years in management or client accounting or finance management.
• Hands-on finance professional who can partner with business leaders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present management accounting information and financial reports.
• Deliver P&L and balance sheet reporting with variance analysis.
• Lead month-end processes and client-specific reports.
• Forecast cash flow and develop budgets and forecasts.
• Support financial strategy, planning and process improvements.
• Be the go-to finance partner for business leaders.

Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Fractional Finance Manager. To meet our Clients criteria you will be ACA / CIMA or ACCA Qualified.

Your role as Fractional Finance Manager will be to provide meaningful insight across a Clients business – your role will to become a trusted Business Partner and to work support across a range of Financial and Commercial elements.

To also meet our Clients criteria you will have had a minimum of 5 years plus exposure across Management Accounting or Client Accounting or as a Finance Manager within Commerce and Industry, You Will a character who enjoys a hands on approach and the interaction with a variety of different Business Leaders. Finally, you will be an organized character – who can work to a variety of deadlines and timeframes and be able to take a self sufficient approach – whilst at the same time being able to take a team with you when needed.
