Job summary

Corriculo Ltd. is seeking an Embedded Electronic Systems Engineer in Glasgow to own FPGA subsystems and control firmware connecting photonic compute hardware to real-world platforms and customer integrations.

The role involves leading FPGA architecture for inference pipelines, sensor interfacing, and real-time processing, as well as building firmware. The position is hybrid, based from the Glasgow offices.

Qualifications

• Background in electronic engineering or embedded systems.
• Hands-on FPGA architecture, implementation, and hardware debugging.
• Fluency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL; PCB design skills.
• Familiarity with PCIe, SPI, I²C, UART, or LVDS; interest in AI accelerators or edge computing.

Responsibilities

• Own FPGA subsystems and control firmware for photonic compute hardware.
• Lead FPGA architecture and development for inference pipelines, sensor interfacing, and real-time processing.
• Build firmware for real-world platforms and customer integrations.
