Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an FP&A Transformation Consultant to guide clients through large-scale FP&A transformations, using automation and technology at the forefront of Innovation. You will build trusted relationships with FP&A stakeholders across the UK and globally, designing and delivering end-to-end FP&A solutions.

You will work with finance and controllership teams on Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analytics and decision support, leveraging ERP analytics modules and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Five plus years of FP&A experience in consumer products, retail, manufacturing, life sciences, telecom or media industries.
• Hands-on experience with analytic tools and ERPs/ platforms such as SAP, OneStream, Board, Anaplan.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A process assessments, design and implementation projects and identify opportunities for modernization and simplification.
• Manage future state FP&A processes, controls, and operating model enhancements.
• Prepare documentation of processes, SOP updates, and improvement roadmaps.
