Job summary

You will lead the move from legacy ERP to a modern, AI-enabled finance stack, rebuild reporting and data flows, and enable scaling beyond £100m revenue.

The role requires hands-on FP&A, systems redesign, and strong Excel/BI skills, with a collaborative, agile approach in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A and commercial finance experience in consumer/retail sectors.
• Experience migrating ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and BI tool skills (Looker, SQL) and AI in finance workflows.
• Agile mindset with ability to lead change in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems & data architecture during transition away from SAP and redesign COA/product hierarchies.
• Develop scalable FP&A models and automated forecasting across channels and markets.
• Integrate AI tools to automate reporting, cleansing, and reconciliations.
• Deliver profitability analysis and performance tracking for exec decisions.
• Establish audit-ready financial data and KPI structures for growth and exit readiness.
