Job description

Location: Woking (Hybrid after successful completion of probation)
Salary: Competitive salary, depending on your experience

Do you have 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning or corporate finance?

Are you confident managing budgets and forecasts, building complex financial models and providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders?

Our Finance team plays a key role in supporting InfoTrack's growth by providing clear financial insight, supporting business performance and helping senior leaders make informed commercial decisions.

We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our UK Platform business. You'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, while using financial modelling and analysis to identify opportunities, challenge performance and support the wider business strategy.

As a self-starter, you will be hands‑on, capable of delivering within a high-performing, global team. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of FP&A (at our parent organisation, ATI Global) with a dotted line to the local Platform UK CFO.

About InfoTrack

InfoTrack is a market-leading provider of technology solutions for the conveyancing industry, helping law firms deliver a best-in-class service to people buying and selling homes.

As our business continues to grow, strong financial planning and commercial insight are increasingly important. We're strengthening our Finance team to ensure we have the financial visibility, analysis and forecasting capabilities needed to support sustainable growth and strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting and ongoing financial planning processes for the UK business.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast and previous years, investigating variances and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support monthly local and group financial reporting process, including monthly management reports, financial analysis and KPI reporting to provide clear insight into business performance.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional senior stakeholders and department heads to understand business performance, challenge assumptions and ensure financial plans align with business objectives.
  • Deep dive into revenue, costs, profitability and sensitivity analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the business.
  • Support strategic projects including IT/software application implementations, funding activities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment decisions and market analysis.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, meaningful insights and presentations for senior management.
  • Partner with teams across Finance and the wider business to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Continuously improve financial systems, reporting tools and processes to support better decision-making.
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance or a similar finance role.
  • Strong execution mindset: demonstrated ability to effectively meet deadlines that require cross‑functional collaboration for multiple concurrent projects
  • A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Experience analysing financial and operational data, identifying variances and translating findings into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to work with and influence stakeholders across different departments and levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Desirable (but not essential)
  • A recognised accountancy or finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a technology, software or professional services business.
  • Experience using financial planning and reporting systems such as Adaptive, NetSuite and Tableau, or equivalent BI and finance tools.
  • Exposure to corporate finance activities, including funding, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic financial analysis.
Working Hours
  • Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am - 5:30pm. This role is based in our Woking office on a hybrid basis.
  • Due to the role's reporting line into our Australian business, there will be occasional requirements for early starts (typically between 7:00am and 7:30am) to join calls with our Australian colleagues. On these occasions, working hours will be adjusted accordingly, allowing for an earlier finish.
Salary and Progression
  • Competitive salary, depending on your experience.
  • You'll also benefit from annual performance reviews, providing a clear pathway for career development and salary progression.
Benefits and Rewards

At InfoTrack, we believe in rewarding our people and creating a positive workplace culture.

You'll benefit from
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Flexible working options, including hybrid working after probation.
  • Private health insurance, including dental, optical and hearing cashback.
  • 24/7 health advice line and access to virtual GP appointments.
  • In‑house barista: enjoy freshly brewed drinks throughout the day.
  • Office snacks, including fruit and refreshments.
  • Regular team breakfasts and lunches.
  • "Work From Anywhere" weeks: work remotely from a location of your choice.
  • Birthday and work anniversary gifts.
  • Regular social events including summer and Christmas parties, hikes, pub quizzes and more.

If you're looking to develop your career in Financial Planning & Analysis, take ownership of financial performance and play an important role in shaping business decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
