Orka Financial is recruiting an FP&A Senior Specialist in Slough for a permanent, office-based role. You will support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting, turning data into clear management information.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of financial analysis experience, progress toward a professional accounting body, advanced Excel and SAP/Business Objects skills, and a practical, curious approach to multi‑dimensional problems.

Competenze

• Three to four years' financial or business analysis experience.
• Working towards professional financial or management accounting body membership.
• Advanced Excel and reporting systems familiarity.
• Experience with SAP or Business Objects.
• Understanding of variance analysis and cost-benefit techniques.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Produce recurring management reports and reporting packs.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, scenario models and ad-hoc plans.
• Deliver detailed variance analysis and financial investigations.
• Reconcile operational and accounting information with group data.
• Support risk-provisioning models and management accruals.
• Work with teams across the business to improve planning insight.
• Liaise with group colleagues and external auditors on reporting matters.
• Provide practical cover across accounting, pricing and treasury when required.
