Itchy Feet is seeking a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will develop robust financial models, provide strategic insights, and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and profitability.

You will also coordinate financial and regulatory reporting, including SARB returns, and work with stakeholders to improve finance processes and drive automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with FP&A experience and strong modelling skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain financial models for decision support.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support planning and strategy.
• Provide insightful analysis and commentary to inform decision-making at senior levels.
• Coordinate financial and regulatory reporting, including SARB returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support process improvements and automation in finance workflows.
