Job description

Our real estate client, a leading player in the industrial real estate sector, is seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join their Portfolio (Asset Management) FP&A team.

What you'll do:

1. Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts at the asset level for the standing portfolio
2. Oversee the production of the monthly Tenancy Schedule and associated reporting
3. Business partner with the Asset Management team to produce models and materials to support the approval of CAPEX projects
4. Define and monitor key asset-level KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management
5. Support high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, capital markets activity, and new platform developments

What you bring:

1. Progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
2. Advanced financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with planning tools Anaplan is a plus
3. Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
4. Proven track record of stakeholder engagement, including C-suite and board-facing interactions
5. High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach
