Drive Financial Strategy in a Leading Group

Are you a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our clients Finance team in Trowbridge on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver actionable insights, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will:

Deliver incisive financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to support executive decision-making
Develop robust financial models for forecasts and budgets
Support the business with strategic initiatives, business cases, and scenario planning
Analyse key business trends, variances, and drivers of performance
Partner with department heads and senior leadership to drive financial accountability and understand business performance

About You

Experienced FP&A Manager with advanced Excel skills
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a background in managing large data sets
Skilled at building financial models, dashboards, and process improvements
Confident communicator, able to partner with senior stakeholders and present complex data clearly
Analytical mindset with a passion for driving business performance

Salary of up £80,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.
