Henderson Drake is working with a growing consultancy that's building out its UK team. They’re looking for a Planning Consultant with a strong understanding of financial processes and FP&A experience working with tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, or similar systems.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with clients to solve planning challenges and improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with clients to understand their planning and reporting needs
• Help design and build financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) that support better decision-making
• Support implementation projects from design through to post-go-live
• Troubleshoot issues and guide clients through system adoption and change
• Collaborate closely with internal and client teams across industries

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with at least one planning tool (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle PBCS, etc.)
• Strong grasp of FP&A concepts and building planning models
• Good communicator, able to work well with clients and team members
• Flexible, problem-solving approach — someone who can adapt as projects evolve
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related area (professional qualifications a plus)
