Your new company
You will work for a national company, in a well-established team with extensive expertise in their market. This organisation is continually recognised for its achievements and has won multiple awards over the past 10 years.

Your new role
In your new role you will lead all financial aspects of the FP&A software implementation project. This role involves liaising with finance colleagues to ensure seamless transition of existing processes onto the new software. You will gather, document, and analyse business requirements to define statements of work and delivery timeframes. Additionally, you will oversee configuration and user acceptance testing with the support of the project team, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure coherent project delivery. Regular updates to leadership and timely escalation of issues are also key responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with extensive experience in managing financial planning cycles and leading finance projects. You will have a strong background in FP&A software implementation and a deep understanding of financial processes and accounting standards. Effective time management skills are essential to coordinate various work streams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while knowledge of Oracle is advantageous. High standards of accuracy and precision are crucial, along with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
