Job summary

Insite Finance is recruiting an FP&A Manager for a large international engineering business in Milton Keynes. The role offers a genuinely hybrid working pattern with a broad remit across forecasting, commercial planning, revenue, margin and performance analysis.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, partner with operational and commercial teams, and contribute to improved forecasting and reporting while maintaining a strong analytical focus.

Qualifications

• Ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with FP&A or financial controlling experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and revenue/margin analysis.
• Advanced Excel is important; Power BI or similar reporting experience beneficial.

FP&A Manager

£67,500 to £72,500 + benefits

Hybrid working, Milton Keynes

Permanent, full-time

I'm recruiting an FP&A Manager for a large international engineering business in Milton Keynes.

The role offers a genuinely hybrid working pattern and a broad remit across forecasting, commercial planning, revenue, margin and performance analysis. You'll have good visibility across the business without needing to spend five days a week proving you own an office chair.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

Ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience across FP&A, commercial finance or financial controlling.

You’ll need strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, revenue and margin analysis, alongside confident stakeholder management. Advanced Excel is important, with Power BI or similar reporting experience beneficial.
