Qualifications

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement à forte croissance.

Finatal is partnering with a rapidly growing PE-backed Payments business with a turnover of c.£40mil and has increased its turnover 10x over the last 3 years, with a strong EBITDA.

They are seeking a highly skilled Fintech/FS FP&A Manager to join their finance team, with opportunities to take ownership and build out the FP&A function. The successful candidate will be a solution-oriented, self-starter.

The Role:

Reporting to an established Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving the business forward by taking ownership of the FP&A function. This role will collaborate closely with the wider finance team, the Group CFO, and other senior leaders to ensure robust financial operations and strategic support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning forecasts, models, budgets, KPI development, metrics analysis, and leading dashboarding using POWER BI.
• Supporting the finance team in preparation for an upcoming Series B investment.
• Driving post-deal integration of newly acquired international entities.
• Providing finance business partnering across Sales and Marketing teams, with a focus on performance management.
• Contributing to various ad hoc growth and strategic projects with a commercial focus.

The Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive finance professional, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Professional Finance Qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least 2 years of FP&A experience in PE/VC-backed Fintech or Financial Services businesses.
• Proven experience in FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in SaaS or FX payments revenues.
• Strong modelling and data analysis skills, with expertise in systems such as Netsuite and Power BI.
• Experience working in high-growth environments, especially with international markets, is highly advantageous.
